If you are looking for a Sanhoojori (2) caregiver, I want to recommend the service from Mindy from HeyMamaUS!

I gave birth to my daughter in mid-June, and hired Mindy O for 2 weeks, M-F 9-5. I wanted to book Mindy O initially but ended up booking with someone else in Mindy’s team due to her unavailability. Due to unfortunate circumstances, the caregiver I booked with became unavailable. Mindy was very kind to reach out to different people that she trusted before my giving birth to make sure I would get a caregiver on time. Luckily, Mindy O became available and came to care for us.
She cooked three meals daily for me and my husband and did grocery shopping weekly (at no additional charge, just a grocery fee). She enjoys cooking and made sure all the meals were balanced and protein-rich. She made smoothies and fruit & yogurt bowls and made sure I had snacks here and there to support my recovery. I enjoyed so much of her delicious cooking. She even brought her own utensils and kitchenware to make it presentable.

As for the postpartum care, it really showed how much she cared about mom’s health and recovery. She brought a donut pillow for me to sit on and a foot bath/massager to give me leg massages to help with the leg swelling. She even offered a shoulder massage for my sore muscles from holding a baby. She also did some light cleaning around the kitchen and laundry for me and my baby, which made it easier to focus on my recovery. I was breastfeeding, so she made sure my baby was latching well and gave me a few helpful pointers for feeding, diapering, sleeping, etc. I also really appreciated all her realistic advice and recommendations as a new mom.

She brought a lot of items to care for the baby as well. She has her own baby pillows, nasal aspirator for baby boogers, a diaper-changing table, changing pads, and many more small items that you might need for your baby. You can tell that she genuinely loves taking care of a baby. She treated my daughter like her granddaughter. When my baby needed something, she immediately responded, changed her diaper, washed her, and comforted her.

If anyone is seeking postpartum care, I 100% recommend contacting Mindy O. Having her for the first 2 weeks postpartum period made this new adjustment so much easier and smoother. She has over a decade of postpartum care experience, and she also trains postpartum caregivers in her team to ensure the quality of service moms get. She gets booked months in advance, so reach out to her early if you are thinking of booking her!
